Hi, I'm Guy Walter, the host of Fishing with Guy on YouTube (@fishingwithguywalter). I grew up in Bend, Oregon, fishing Central Oregon rivers and lakes, where I taught fly fishing, tied flies and volunteered with the Salmon Trout Enhancement Program (STEP). Today I fish from my 21-foot Custom Weld boat out of our floating home on the Multnomah Channel near Portland, chasing spring and fall Chinook, coho and summer steelhead on the Columbia River, the Willamette River and Buoy 10. I also fish the Oregon coast, including the Wilson River for steelhead and cutthroat and Tillamook Bay for crabbing, and I fish Central Oregon for kokanee, with more trout fishing on the way. My videos are honest, realistic PNW fishing, the good days and the skunks, with underwater camera footage, tackle and gear tips, custom spinners and original fishing songs.
